Prayer for a friend

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you with a heart full of concern for my friend. I lift them up to you, knowing that you see their every need. Grant them comfort in times of distress, And strength to face the challenges that lie ahead.

Wrap them in your loving arms, And surround them with your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they feel your presence near, And find solace in your unfailing love.

Guide them along paths of righteousness, And help them to trust in your plan for their life. Give them wisdom in decision-making, And courage to follow where you lead.

Bless them with good health and well-being, And shower them with your abundant grace. May they experience joy in the midst of trials, And know that you are always by their side.

Thank you, Father, for the gift of friendship, And for the opportunity to lift one another up in prayer. May our bond be strengthened through our reliance on you, And may our lives be a reflection of your love and grace.
