Prayer for comfort

Dear Heavenly Father,

In times of sorrow and distress, I seek your comforting presence. Wrap me in your arms of love and soothe the ache within my heart.

Grant me the strength to endure the pain and the courage to face each day with hope. Help me to find solace in your promises and to trust in your divine plan, even when I cannot see the way forward.

Comfort those who mourn, those who are sick or suffering, and those who feel lost or alone. May they feel your gentle touch and find peace in the midst of their trials.

Guide me to be a source of comfort to others, offering a listening ear, a helping hand, and words of encouragement. Teach me to share your love and compassion with those in need.

Thank you, Father, for your unfailing love and for the comfort that you provide in times of trouble. May your presence be my refuge and my strength, now and always.
