Prayer for help

Dear Heavenly Father,

In moments of need and desperation, I come before you seeking your help. You are my refuge and strength, always ready to come to my aid when I call upon you.

Grant me the courage to admit when I am in need of assistance, and the humility to ask for help from others when necessary. Help me to recognize my limitations and to rely on your strength to overcome them.

Guide me to seek help from sources that are wise and trustworthy, and to discern the best course of action in every situation. May I be open to receiving the help that you provide through others, and may I be willing to offer assistance to those in need as well.

Thank you, Father, for your promise to never leave me nor forsake me. May I always turn to you first in times of trouble, knowing that you are ready and willing to help me in my time of need.
